Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
1. Executive Trainee – Civil – Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Executive Trainee – Electrical – Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
3. Executive Trainee – Mechanical – Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
4. Executive Trainee – Human Resource – Graduate with Two years MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Personnel/HR
5. Executive Trainee – Environment – Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering OR two years Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science
6. Executive Trainee – Geology – M.Sc./M. Tech. (Applied Geology/ Geology/ Geophysics) with Engg Geology as main subject or M.Tech/M.Sc. in Engg Geology
7. Executive Trainee – Information Technology – Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology
8. Executive Trainee – Finance – CA/ICWA-CMA/Two years MBA with specialization in Finance
9. Executive Trainee – Law – Graduate Degree in Law (3 years LLB or 5 years integrated course)
Age Limit (As on 18.05.2025) Executive Trainee – 30 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:

| For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years |

Salary Details: Selected candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale of ₹ 60,000 – 1,80,000/- during the training period.
CTC (Approx): ₹15.5 Lakhs per annum
After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Assistant Managers in the same pay scale.
Selection Process: The selection process for SJVN Executive Trainees involves:
Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 75% weightage

Subject-Specific Domain Knowledge

Group Discussion (GD) – 10% weightage
Personal Interview (PI) – 15% weightage
Final merit will be based on aggregate performance in all three stages.
