Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the Exim Bank MT and other posts must fulfill the following educational requirements:
- Management Trainee (MT): A full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Deputy Manager (DM): A Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or Economics with relevant experience.
- Chief Manager (CM): A Postgraduate degree in a relevant field with at least 5-7 years of banking or finance experience.
Age Limit (as on 01.03.2025): The age limit for candidates applying for Exim Bank MT, DM, and CM positions is as follows:

Salary Structure: Selected candidates will receive the following pay scale:

Selection Process : The selection process consists of the following stages:
Online Written Examination: The exam will have sections on Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.
The duration of the exam is 120 minutes.
Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online test will be called for an interview round.
The final selection will be based on merit and document verification.
