Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech degree in relevant engineering disciplines such as Electronics, Communication, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.

Additional certifications in relevant fields may be preferred.

Age Limit (as of 01.03.2025):

Deputy Manager: Maximum 36 years

Senior Engineer: Maximum 35 years

Age Relaxation:

OBC (NCL): 3 years

SC/ST: 5 years

PwD: 10 years

Experience Requirements: Relevant work experience in the engineering sector, defense projects, or electronics manufacturing is required. The number of years of experience will vary based on the post applied for.

Salary Structure: The selected candidates will receive the following pay scale:

Deputy Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/- per month

Senior Engineer: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/- per month
