Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications : The qualifications required for various posts are as follows:

Lab Technician: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant field. Experience in clinical laboratory operations is preferred.

Lab Assistant: Diploma or Degree in relevant field. Basic knowledge of laboratory functions.

Driver: 10th Pass with a valid driving license. Experience in driving light and heavy vehicles.

Scientist: Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines. Research experience in advanced diagnostic techniques.

Coordinator-Lab: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent. Experience in laboratory management.

Finance Manager: MBA in Finance or related fields. Experience in handling financial operations.

Project Assistant (Lab): Graduate degree in Science with relevant lab experience.

Project Technical Support: Diploma or Degree in technical support fields.

Age Limit : The maximum age limit varies depending on the post, typically ranging from 28 to 40 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories.

Salary Details : The salary structure for the posts is as follows:

• Lab Technician: INR 25,000/- per month.
• Lab Assistant: INR 20,000/- per month.
• Driver: INR 15,000/- per month.
• Scientist: INR 70,000/- per month.
• Coordinator-Lab: INR 50,000/- per month.
• Finance Manager: INR 60,000/- per month.
• Project Assistant (Lab): INR 30,000/- per month.
• Project Technical Support: INR 25,000/- per month.

Selection Process : The selection process includes:

Screening of Applications : Applications will be screened to ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be called for further rounds.

Written Test / Skill Test: A written test or skill-based evaluation will be conducted for technical roles.
