Is OTR registration, an application to exam in TNPSC?

It is definitely NO. It is just a registration which is mandatorily to be done by the candidates who are interested to apply for any TNPSC Exams.

In this registration, you will have to provide your personal details, information, educational qualification etcc., But that doesn’t means you have applied for any of the exams notified by TNPSC.
