Are you a Class XII student or recent graduate looking to kickstart your IT career? HCLTech is conducting a Walk-in Drive under its TechBee Early Career Program—an exclusive opportunity to train, earn, and get placed right after school!
What is HCLTech’s TechBee Program?
The TechBee Program is a 12-month, full-time training program by HCLTech that prepares students for IT jobs. Once selected, you’ll receive a stipend during training and a guaranteed job opportunity in HCLTech post successful completion.
Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Passed Class XII in 2024 or 2025
✅ Scored required percentages in your respective boards:

70% or more – CBSE/ISC/Karnataka

75% or more – Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
-
60% or more – Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra
Stream-specific Eligibility:

✅ IT Roles: Must have studied Mathematics/Business Mathematics
-
✅ DPO Roles: For those without Mathematics/Business Mathematics (Commerce/Arts/Vocational streams)
Program Benefits

Duration: 12 months

Stipend: ₹10,000/month during internship

Salary after training: ₹1.96 – 2.2 LPA+
