From whom should a destitute widow have certificate to apply for reservation in TNPSC?

Destitute widows have certain special factors like reservation quota, fee exemption , age relaxation and concession in TNPSC exams.

To avail for this reservation and exemptions, it is necessary that they should carry a valid certificate to be received from RDO/ Sub collector or assistant collector. They should produce this certificate whenever needed i.e. at the time of online application, certificate verification, interview etc..
