Eligibility Criteria: 

Educational Qualification for BCPL: 

1. DGM (Fire & Safety) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum Fifty Five Percentage marks. Candidates with a one-year Industrial Safety Diploma from a Central or Regional Labor Institute approved by the government will be given preference.
Minimum Essential Experience: 20 years
2. Sr Engineer (Chemical) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
3. Sr Officer (Contract & Procurement) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. Priority will be given to those with a Materials Management concentration and two years of MBA**.Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
4. Sr Engineer (Electrical) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
5. Sr Officer (Finance & Accounts) – 
Educational Qualification: CA / ICWA OR B.Com with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. OR Graduation (BA) with Honours in Economics with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. OR Graduation (BA/B.Sc.) with Honours in Mathematics with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. OR Graduation (BA/B.Sc.) with Honours in Statistics with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. OR Graduation in Engineering* i.e. B.E./B.Tech. with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum Sixty Percentage marks. Applicants who are CAs or ICWAs should be Fellows or Associates of the ICAI or ICWAI.

6. Sr Engineer (Instrumentation) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation /Electronics & Instrumentation /  Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
7. Sr Engineer (Information Technology) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum Sixty Percentage marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and 03 years Masters Degree in Computer Application (MCA) with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
8. Sr Officer (Marketing) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree with minimum Sixty Percentage marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Marketing with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
9. Sr Engineer (Mechanical) – 
Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
Minimum Essential Experience: 01 year
10. Officer (Laboratory) – 
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum Sixty Percentage marks
