Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for the SBI CBO 2023 recruitment, candidates must carefully review the eligibility criteria to ensure they meet the requirements set by the bank. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University/ Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing.
Experience (Post Essential Academic Qualification) as on 31.10.2023: Minimum 2 years’ experience (Post Essential Academic Qualification Experience) as on 31.10.2023 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India.
Age Limit (As on 31.10.2023) : Not below 21 years and Not above 30 years as on 31.10.2023 i.e. candidates must have been born not later than 31.10.2002 and not earlier than 01.11.1993 (both days inclusive). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary Structure: The salary offered to selected candidates for the Circle Based Officer position in SBI is competitive and includes various allowances and perks. Presently, the starting basic pay is 36,000/- in the scale of 36000- 1490/7- 46430- 1740/2- 49910- 1990/7- 63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I plus 2 advance increments (For work experience of 2 years or more in officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Regional Rural Bank). The official will also be eligible for D.A, H.R.A/ Lease rental, C.C.A, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
