Eligibility Criteria : Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility requirements to apply for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2025:
Educational Qualification: Matriculation/SSLC/10th pass (OR) ITI (National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)/State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT)) (OR) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Age Limit (As on 01.07.2025) : For Gen/ UR Applicants – 18 to 36 Years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:

| For OBC Applicants: 3 years |
| For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years |
| For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years |

Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India.
Salary Details : The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900/- per month, along with applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Transport Allowance as per RRB guidelines.
Selection Process : The selection process for RRB Group D Posts involves the following stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT):

- Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates).
- Total Questions: 100 (Objective Type).
- Subjects:
General Science
Mathematics
General Intelligence and Reasoning
General Awareness and Current Affairs

- Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

- Male Candidates: Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes and run a distance of 1 km in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
- Female Candidates: Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes and run a distance of 1 km in 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
Document Verification and Medical Examination:

- Candidates shortlisted after CBT and PET will be called for document verification.
- Medical fitness tests will be conducted to ensure candidates meet the medical standards required for the respective posts.
