Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Matriculation/SSLC/10th pass (OR) ITI (National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)//State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT)) (OR) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT
Age Limit (As on 01.07.2025): For Gen/ UR Applicants – 18 to 36 Years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:

| For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years |

Salary Structure:
Pay Scale: Level 1 posts in the 7th Pay Matrix.
Starting Basic Pay: ₹18,000/- per month.
Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other perks as per railway norms.
Selection Process: The selection process for RRB Group D posts includes the following stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT):
Total Questions: 100
Time Duration: 90 minutes
Subjects: General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness and Current Affairs
Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
For Male Candidates:
Run: 1.5 km in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
Weightlifting: Lift and carry 35 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
For Female Candidates:
Run: 1.5 km in 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
Weightlifting: Lift and carry 20 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
Document Verification (DV): Verification of original educational, identity, and category-related documents.
Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the medical standards specified for the respective post.
