Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below before applying:
Educational Qualification
Manager: Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent. Relevant experience in the respective field is required.
Senior Manager: Post-Graduation in Engineering or Management with specialization related to the field. Minimum years of post-qualification experience as per the notification.
Joint General Manager: B.E./B.Tech with substantial experience in managerial roles, preferably in government or PSU organizations.
Assistant Manager: Graduate in Engineering/Management or equivalent. Freshers with exceptional academic records may also apply for some categories.
Age Limit
Upper age limit: 40 years (as of 01.01.2025).
Age relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PwD: As per government norms
Salary Structure : The salary for the posts will be as per the RITES norms, including Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and other allowances:
- Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Senior Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
- Joint General Manager: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
- Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
