Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications : The qualifications required for various posts are as follows:
Deputy General Manager-Rajbhasha – Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
Experience: 12 years
Deputy General Manager- Financial Inclusion – The Candidate must be a Graduate or having equivalent degree from a reputed Govt. recognized University
Experience: 12 years
Assistant General Manager-Risk – (i) B.Sc. Statistics with an aggregate of Fifty Five Percent marks. OR
(ii) Master of Business Administration in Finance or Banking or PGDBM in Banking/or Finance with an aggregate of Fifty Five Percent marks. OR (iii) Advanced degree in Analytical field (Master of Science in Applied Maths/ Statistics/ Operation Research or Data Science Field). OR (iv) Completed professional courses CA/ICWA/CS.
Note: – Applicants with following Additional Qualifications will be preferred:
i) Professional Risk Manager (PRM) from PRMIA
ii)Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
iii) Diploma in Risk
Experience: 10 years
Assistant General Manager-Forex – Graduation from Govt recognized University or Institution. MBA/CA will be preferable. Desirable: Certificate in International Trade Finance
Experience: 12 years
Assistant General Manager-Trade Finance – i. Graduation from Govt recognized University or Institution. MBA/CA will be preferable. ii. Certificate in International Trade Finance
Experience: 12 years
Assistant General Manager-Compliance –Graduate in any discipline from Desirable: CAIIB
Experience: 10 years
Assistant General Manager-Treasury –CA/ MBA/ PGDM / CFA or other relevant post graduate qualification from a recognized University/ Institution. Preferable: Certified Treasury Dealer Course, Certificate/Diploma in Treasury Management.

Assistant General Manager-Fintech Collaboration – A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies AICTE etc. Preference shall be given to the Applicants who possess Master of Business Administration/PG diploma or degree in B.E./B.Tech /Management or its equivalent

Age Limit : Minimum Age: 25 years, Maximum Age: 35 years, Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
