Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Industrial Safety Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, candidates should possess a Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as implementing safety policies, conducting safety audits, training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxations apply as per government norms:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwD: 10 years
Salary : Selected candidates will be placed in the E0 Grade with a pay scale of ₹30,000–1,20,000/-. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Medical Benefits, and other perks as per NTPC policies.
Selection Process
Online Written Test: The test will assess candidates’ knowledge of safety engineering, technical expertise, and general aptitude.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for a personal interview to evaluate their suitability for the role.
