NPCIL Recruitment 2025 400 Executive Trainee Posts : The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has officially released the NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025 Notification to fill 400 Executive Trainee vacancies in various engineering disciplines. This recruitment will be conducted through GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 scores.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification : BE/B Tech/B Sc (Engineering)/Five year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of Sixty Percentage aggregate marks in one of the Six engineering Stream mentioned in the Table below from University/Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. A minimum of Sixty Percentage marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university. Applicants must have a valid GATE-2023 Score or GATE-2024 Score or GATE-2025 Score in the same engineering Steams as the qualifying degree discipline.
Engineering degrees allowed for each Streams are as follows:
Age Limit: (As on 30.04.2025) Executive Trainee – Min – 26 years Max – 56 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
| For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years |
| For OBC Applicants: 3 years |
| For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years |
| For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years |
| For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years |
| For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy |
Pay Scale Executive Trainee – Rs.56,100/-
Method of Selection : Shortlisting based on GATE 2023/2024/2025 Score (as applicable).
Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Final selection will be based on:
GATE Score Weightage: 70%
Interview Performance: 30%
Document Verification and Medical Fitness Test.
