Eligibility Criteria For NLC Apprentice Posts

Educational Qualification

NLC requires various Apprentice Posts and required educational qualifications are listed below,

Trade Apprentices : For All post except PASAA ITI in relevant Trade from NCVT/DGET

For PASAA: COPA (NTC/PNTC Certificate)

Non Engineering Apprentices: Commerce (B.Com), Computer Science (B.Sc., Computer Science), Computer Application (BCA), Business Administration (BBA), Geology (B.Sc, Geology)

Engineering Graduate Apprentices: A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline. OR A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline. OR Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Other Eligibility Requirements: Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2020 / 2021 / 2022. Candidates should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in NLCIL or elsewhere. Candidates should not have experience of one year or more in any job.

OR A Diploma in Engineering and Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Other Eligibility Requirements: Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2020 / 2021 / 2022. Candidates should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in NLCIL or elsewhere. Candidates should not have experience of one year or more in any job.

Age Limit

1. Trade Apprentices – Candidate Age Must Attained 14 Years as on 01.04.2022

2. Non Engineering Apprentices – Candidate Age Must Attained 14 Years as on 01.04.2022

3. Engineering Graduate Apprentices – Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

4. Non Engineering Graduate Apprentices – Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

5. Technician (Diploma) Apprentices – Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

How to Apply For NLC Apprentice Post

1. Go to the official webpage of NLC.
2. Click CAREERS link to open the Careers page.
3. Select the Trainees & Apprentices tab.
4. Click the appropriate Online Application link under Advt., No. L&DC 2/2022.
5. The link will be available from 10.00 Hours on 10.08.2022 to 17.00 Hours on 24.08.2022.
6. Complete the application form and take a print out of the registration form.
7. The Registration forms duly signed should be submitted directly to the
   The Office of the General Manager,                                                                                                                        Land Acquisition Department,                                                                                                                                  N.L.C India Limited. Neyveli – 607 803. on or before 31.08.2022 by 5.00 pm.
8. Candidates must enclose the Self Attested copies of the certificates along with application.

   Community Certificate (in case of belonging to SC / ST / OBC / EWS).

   Degree Certificates / Diploma Certificate /Provisional Certificate.
