Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: NIOT Project Technician Educational Qualification
- Project Scientist – III: Ph.D. in relevant field or Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience.
- Project Scientist – II: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience.
- Project Scientist – I: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.
- Project Scientific Assistant: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering in a relevant discipline.
- Project Technician: ITI in a relevant trade with experience.
- Project Field Assistant: 10th Standard or equivalent with field-related experience.
- Project Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with computer proficiency.
- Research Associate: Ph.D. in relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Postgraduate degree with two years of research experience.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Postgraduate degree in relevant field with NET/GATE qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum age varies between 28 and 45 years depending on the post. Age relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
Salary Details
- Project Scientist – III: ₹78,000/- per month + HRA
- Project Scientist – II: ₹67,000/- per month + HRA
- Project Scientist – I: ₹56,000/- per month + HRA
- Project Scientific Assistant: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/- per month
- Project Technician & Field Assistant: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/- per month
- Project Junior Assistant: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/- per month
- Research Associate: ₹47,000/- per month + HRA
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): ₹35,000/- per month + HRA
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹31,000/- per month + HRA
