Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Senior Manager – HR & Administration:

A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.

Senior Manager – Project Management:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large infrastructure projects.

Professional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Assistant Manager – Purchase & Procurement:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Familiarity with government procurement procedures is preferred.

Assistant Manager – Infrastructure Development:

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure development projects.

Knowledge of urban planning and development regulations is beneficial.

Senior Executive – Civil:

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects.

Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools is desirable.

Senior Executive – Administration:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Selection Process: The selection process comprises multiple stages:
