Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MBA/MSW/PGD/MHROD/CA/CMA in relevant fields. ​

1. Engineer (Renewable Energy – Civil ) –  Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Post-qualification experience of at least three years in geotechnical, piling, foundation, structural steel, tower structures, switch yards, etc. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.

2. Engineer (Renewable Energy- Electrical ) –  Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University /Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission system/ transformer/Design/Engineering. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.

3. Engineer (Renewable Energy – Mechanical ) – Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. At least three years of industry experience following graduation, including involvement in supervision and execution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: three years or more of post-qualification experience in industrial relations or human resources. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.

4. Executive (Renewable Energy – Human Resource ) – Qualification: Graduates with at least 2 years full time PG Degree/ PG Diploma/PG Program in Management with Specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or MSW or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Three years or more of post-qualification experience in industrial relations or human resources. It will be desirable if candidates have experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.

5. Executive (Renewable Energy – Finance) –  Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA Experience Requirement: A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting, excluding articleship time

6. Engineer (Renewable Energy- IT ) – Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience of Networking [Routing and Switching (VLANs, Inter VLAN routing, Layer 3 & Layer 2 switches, Static routing, Dynamic Routing Protocols),Experience with web application development (ASP.Net programming framework/Core, MS SQL Server database, Windows servers), firewall and security, and networking monitoring and troubleshooting

7. Engineer (Renewable Energy– Contract & Material ) – Qualification:  B.E./ B.Tech. in any Stream with PG Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ MBA/ PGDBM with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. or B.E./ B. Tech. in any Stream with M.E./ M. Tech in Renewable Energy domain with at least Sixty Percentage marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is Fifty Percentage. Experience Requirement: a minimum of one year of job experience in the renewable energy sector after graduation.

Age Limit(As on 01.05.2025): The upper age limit is 30 years, with age relaxation applicable as per government norms. ​

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years

For OBC Applicants: 3 years

For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years

For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years

For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years

For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

Salary: The selected candidates will receive an annual package of approximately ₹11 Lakh Per Annum (LPA).

Selection Process: The selection process will involve a written examination followed by a personal interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test for the interview.​
