Eligibility Criteria : Before applying for the Management Trainee (F&A) positions, candidates must ensure they meet the following eligibility requirements:
Educational Qualification (As on 30.09.2024): Bachelors Degree with pass in final examination of CA/CMA/ICWA from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India /The Institute of Cost Accountant of India or / Two years / Regular Basis/ Full Time MBA/ PGDBM / PGDM with major specialization in Financial Management/ Finance with minimum 60% marks (50% for ST/SC/PwBD/ Departmental Candidates). For Applicants possessing dual degree MBA/ PGDBM / PGDM in Financial Management/ Finance, the qualification should be with major specialization in Financial Management/ Finance and the Applicants will have to provide a certificate indicating major specialization in Financial Management/ Finance.
Age Limit (as on 30.09.2024): The upper age limit for the General category is 27 years. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per government norms:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PWD: Additional 10 years
Salary Structure: The selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees and will undergo training before regularization. The NFL offers a lucrative pay package, which includes:
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
Initial Basic Salary: ₹40,000/- per month
During Training: Candidates will be on a training period with a stipend equivalent to the basic salary.
After successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed into the company with a full pay scale, benefits, and allowances as per NFL norms, which include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical benefits, and more.
Selection Process : The selection process for the NFL Management Trainee (F&A) recruitment will consist of the following stages:
Online Written Examination: The written test will assess the candidate’s knowledge of subjects related to finance, accounts, general aptitude, reasoning, and current affairs. The exam pattern will be objective-based, consisting of multiple-choice questions.
Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for a personal interview. The interview will evaluate the candidate’s communication skills, domain knowledge, and overall suitability for the position.
Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance in the online test and the interview. Candidates with the highest scores will be selected for the 13 vacant posts.
