Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications : The qualifications required for various posts are as follows:
Director: Master’s Degree in relevant fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in senior administrative roles.
Assistant Director: Master’s Degree in relevant subjects. Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative/managerial positions.
Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in office management and computer applications.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th Pass with typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi.
Electrician: ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade. Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical work.
Age Limit : The age limit for various posts is as follows:
Director: Maximum 50 years.
Assistant Director: Maximum 40 years.
Assistant: Maximum 35 years.
LDC and Electrician: Maximum 30 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
Salary Details : The salary structure for the posts is as follows:
- Director: INR 78,800 – 2,09,200/- per month (Level 12).
- Assistant Director: INR 56,100 – 1,77,500/- per month (Level 10).
- Assistant: INR 35,400 – 1,12,400/- per month (Level 6).
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): INR 19,900 – 63,200/- per month (Level 2).
- Electrician: INR 18,000 – 56,900/- per month (Level 1).
Selection Process : The selection process includes:
Screening of Applications : Applications will be screened to ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria.
Written Examination : A written examination will be conducted to assess the candidate’s knowledge and skills related to the specific post.
Skill Test/Trade Test : For posts like LDC and Electrician, a skill or trade test will be conducted to evaluate practical proficiency.
