Lending Operations (Lending & Project Finance) – PG Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Banking & Finance/Finance OR MBA (Banking & Finance/Finance) OR CMA / CA/ ICWA / CFA from accredited University / Institution
Post-qualification experience: 1 year
Human Resources – Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations/Personnel Management from recognised University/ Institution
Post-qualification experience: 1 year
Accounts – A post-graduate degree or diploma in management from an approved university or institute with a focus on finance, banking, and finance, or an MBA in finance or banking and finance, or an ICWA, CMA, or CA Post-qualification experience: 1 year
Investment & Treasury – Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance/ Forex) OR MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) OR ICWA / CA / CFA from accredited University / Institution Desirable: Certification in Treasury / Forex
Post-qualification experience: 1 year
Legal – Masters in law from a accredited University / Institution in India
Post-qualification experience: 1 year
Information Technology & Operations – Full Time BTech / B.E/ M.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, AI & ML, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics and Telecom/ Data Science from accredited university/ Institution
Post-qualification experience: 1 year
Administration – Postgraduate degree/diploma in any discipline from a accredited University / Institution. Desirable: Candidates having previous work experience in Administration Department of any Government Organization or/and firsthand experience of working in GeM. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

Risk Management – A post-graduate degree or diploma in management from an approved university or institution with a focus on finance, banking and finance, or economics, or an MBA in finance or banking and finance, or an ICWA, CFA, or CADesirable: FRM or a comparable certification in risk management

Corporate Strategy, Partnership and Ecosystem Development – Post-Graduation Degree in Economics OR Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance / Banking & Finance/ Sustainability Management/ Strategic Management) from accredited University / Institution

Selection Process : The selection process for NaBFID Analyst Grade 2025 will include:
Online Written Examination: Objective Tests (Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Professional Knowledge)
Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online exam will be called for a personal interview.
Note: Final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of the online exam and interview.
