Eligibility Criteria : To apply for the Junior Assistant posts, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) in any discipline
Computer Literacy: Operating & Working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. Applicants should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/languages/Should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the Subject in the High School/College/Institutes
Work Experience: Preferred
Computer Skills: Yes
Age Limit: 21-28 years means ‘not below 21 years and not above 28 years’ as on 01.07.2024 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2003 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Salary : The selected candidates for the Junior Assistant posts will receive a competitive salary package, which includes:
- Basic Pay: The starting basic pay is Rs. 13,980/- per month.
- Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to receive various allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, and other benefits as per company policy.
- Total Emoluments: The total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of all allowances will be approximately Rs. 23,870/- per month.
Selection Process : The selection process for the LIC HFL Junior Assistant posts will consist of the following stages:
- Online Examination: The online examination will be objective type, consisting of multiple-choice questions. The test will cover topics such as English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify for the online examination will be called for an interview.The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the online exam and the interview.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination to ensure they are medically fit for the position.
