Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
1. LIA – Graduate with B.Lib.Sc. (Bachelor of Library Science).
2. LDC – i) 12th Pass ii) A typing speed of 35 (Thirty Five) words per minute in English OR 30 (Thirty) words per minute in Hindi, on Computer.
3. MTS – 10th standard pass certificate from recognized board/ school.
Age Limit: 18–27 years.
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
| For SC/ ST Candidates: 5 years |
| For OBC Candidates: 3 years |
| For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Candidates: 10 years |
| For PwBD (SC/ ST) Candidates: 15 years |
| For PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years |

Salary Structure
Library Information Assistant (LIA): Pay Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Pay Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Pay Level 1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)
Selection Process: The selection process consists of the following stages:
Written Examination: Objective type questions related to the respective posts.
Skill Test: (Only for LDC) Typing test to assess typing proficiency.
Document Verification: Verification of original documents and certificates.
