5. Assistant Manager – Research – Master’s Degree or 2-years Post Graduate Diploma in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 60% marks
6. Assistant Manager – Generalist – Graduation with minimum 60% marks
Age Limit: The minimum age required for applying is 21 years, and the maximum age limit is 30 years as of 1st August 2024. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories, including SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

Salary Structure: Selected candidates for the Assistant Manager position at IRDAI will be placed in the pay scale of ₹44,500 – ₹89,150. Along with the basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to various allowances, including Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other benefits as per IRDAI regulations. The gross emoluments at the beginning of the scale, including various allowances, are expected to be around ₹80,000 per month.
