Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Age Limit: Applicants should be between 21 to 35 years of age as of February 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Relaxation of Upper age limit:

Experience: While prior experience in banking, finance, sales, or customer service is desirable, it is not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits : Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹30,000, inclusive of statutory deductions. Additional benefits may include performance-based incentives, subject to the bank’s discretion.
Selection Process : The selection process comprises two stages:
Merit List: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in their graduation.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their suitability for the role.
Final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
