Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must ensure they meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:
Educational Qualification:
DGM (Finance/CFO)/ General Manager (Finance/CFO) Scale VI/VII – Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAIPost Qualification Work Experience: Scale VI – 15 years/VII – 18 Years
Assistant General Manager (Program/ Vendor Management) Scale V – B.E./B. Tech/MCA/Post graduate in IT/ManagementPost Qualification Work Experience: 12 years
Senior Manager (Products & solutions) Scale III – Any Graduate with Master of Business Administration (02 years) or equivalent Post Qualification Work Experience: 06 years
Senior Manager (Information System Auditor) Scale III – BSc. in Electronics, CS, IT or B.Tech /B.E- Electronics, IT, CS or MSc. Electronics, Applied Electronics Compulsory Certifications: CISAPost Qualification Work Experience: 6 years Desired Certifications: CISSP/CISM/CEH
Chief Compliance Officer – Graduate in any disciplinePost Qualification Work Experience: 18 years
Chief Operating Officer – Graduate in any discipline Post Qualification Work Experience: 18 years
Age Limit
- Scale III: 26-35 years
- Scale V: 30-40 years
- Scale VI: 33-45 years
- Scale VII: 35-50 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:

Salary Details : IPPB offers competitive salaries as per the scale of the posts. Along with the basic pay, selected candidates will also receive benefits such as DA, HRA, and other allowances. Specific pay ranges are as follows:
- Scale III: Approx. ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month
- Scale V: Approx. ₱90,000 – ₱1,00,000/month
- Scale VI: Approx. ₱120,000 – ₱150,000/month
- Scale VII: Approx. ₱150,000 – ₱200,000/month
Selection Process : The selection process will involve the following stages:
Preliminary Screening: Applications will be screened for eligibility.
Online Examination: For certain posts, candidates may need to appear for an online test.
Group Discussion/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a group discussion and/or interview based on the position applied for.
Final Selection: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in all stages.
