Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Agniveer (GD) (Women Military Police) – Class 10th /Matric pass with Forty Five Percentage marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and min Thirty Three Percentage marks in each of those five subjects. Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements.Indian Gorkhas – Class 10th simple pass.

Age Limit :

Agniveer (GD) (Women Military Police) – 17 ½ – 21 Years (n 01 Oct 2004 to 01 April 2008 (both days inclusive))

Upper Age limit will be relaxable upto 30 years of age (as on date of joining training) in respect of widows of Defence personnel who have died in harness.- 01 Oct 2025 will be taken as effective date for determining age eligibility for candidates.

Marital Status: Only unmarried female candidates are eligible to apply.

Physical Standards:

Height: Minimum 152 cm

Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army medical standards

Running: 1.6 km in 7 minutes 30 seconds

Long Jump: 10 feet

High Jump: 3 feet

Salary & Benefits

  • 1st Year: ₹30,000 per month (in-hand ₹21,000 after deductions)
  • 2nd Year: ₹33,000 per month (in-hand ₹23,100 after deductions)
  • 3rd Year: ₹36,500 per month (in-hand ₹25,580 after deductions)
  • 4th Year: ₹40,000 per month (in-hand ₹28,000 after deductions)
  • Seva Nidhi Package: After four years of service, candidates will receive a Seva Nidhi Package of approximately ₹10.04 lakh.
  • Insurance Cover: ₹48 lakh life insurance during service.
  • Medical & Other Benefits: Free medical treatment, canteen, and travel facilities during the service period.

Selection Process

Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) :  Conducted at designated examination centers. Questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Mathematics.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT) : 1.6 km run within the prescribed time. Long Jump & High Jump qualifications.

Medical Examination : Conducted at Military Hospitals as per Army medical standards.

Document Verification : Candidates must produce original documents, including mark sheets, birth certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and residence proof.
