Indian Army Agniveer (Women) Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Agniveer (General Duty) Women in Corps of Military Police : Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system minimum of D Grade (33%- 40%) in individual subjects or grade with 33% in individual subjects and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.
Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements.
Minimum Physical Eligible Details :
Height (CM): 162
Weight (KG): Proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical Standard
Chest (CM): 77 cm with minimum 5 cm expansion.
Age Limit : Agniveer General Duty (Women) – 17 ½ -21 (Relaxation up to 23 years as one time measure)
Salary and Allowances For Agniveer Package
The pay & emoluments of Agniveers will be as given below :
Year 1. Customized Package – ₹ 30,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
Year 2. Customized Package – ₹33,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
Year 3. Customized Package – ₹ 36,500/- (plus applicable allowances.)
Year 4. Customized Package – ₹ 40,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
(From the above package, 30% will be compulsorily deposited every month in a corpus which will be matched by the GOI. Balance amount less the corpus contribution will be the in-hand component.
Seva Nidhi Package: On discharge at 4 years, the corpus of ₹5.02 lakhs will be matched by the GOI, an amount of ₹10.04 lakhs and accrued interest will be given to the Agniveers. In case of Agniveers who are subsequently selected for enrolment in IA as regular cadre, the “Seva Nidhi” package to be paid to them will comprise only their contribution including accrued interest thereon. In the case of Agniveers exiting service before the end of their engagement period on their own request, the individual’s Seva Nidhi package, accumulated as on date, will be paid with the applicable rate of interest. In such cases, no Govt contribution to Seva Nidhi Package will be entitled. The “Seva Nidhi” will be exempt from Income Tax.
Indian Army Agniveer (Women) Selection Process 2022
Applicants will be selected after Medical Test and Written Exam. The applicants who pass the medical test will be eligible for the written test. Indian Army Agniveer Admit card will be issued for the written exam. In the last, the officials will give a ‘Joining Letter’ to those applicants who cleared all the rounds of the Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment stages. Indian Army may follow the following process to select the candidates.

- Fill your basic details like name, father name, mother name, date of birth, address, educational details and upload passport size photo and signature.
- Pay the exam fee.
- Finally submit your application form and print your application form for further use.
- Candidates are required to report at the Rally Site by 0600 Hours on their respective scheduled dates. Candidates reporting after 0800 Hours without appropriate justification will not be permitted to participate in the Rally.
- Editing/ Correction of Online Application: Online application on ww.joinindianarmy.nic.in has edit option available till the registration is open (09 Aug 2022 to 07 Sep 2022).
