Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the following:
- A full-time Postgraduate degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Commerce from a recognized university. OR
- A full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Law with a Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Commerce.
- Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying examination (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Salary Details: The selected candidates for the Assistant Manager (Grade A) position will be entitled to:
- Pay Scale: ₹28,150 – ₹55,600 (as per IIFCL’s pay structure)
