Salary and Benefits : The salary structure for the selected candidates will be as per the guidelines of HAL and includes various allowances and benefits. The pay scale for the posts is as follows:
- CMM (Level 5) Engineer:
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month (Level 5)
- Middle Specialist:
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
- Junior Specialist:
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
