Eligibility Criteria : Before applying, candidates should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria as per the official notification. The main requirements are:
Educational Qualifications (As on 07.10.2024) : Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration. Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBM / PGDBA / MMS) with specialization in Finance / Foreign Trade / International Business or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation (PG) course should be of a minimum Two year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of Chartered Accountant (CA), passing the professional examination is sufficient. Applicants who have appeared / appearing for the final examination in Post Graduation (PG) or Chartered Accountancy and are expecting their results in the year 2025 are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Not below 21 years and not above 28 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:

Exim Bank MT Salary Details: The candidates selected as Management Trainees (MT) will undergo a training period of one year, during which they will receive a stipend of ₹55,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the training, the candidates may be absorbed into the regular cadre of Exim Bank as Deputy Managers.
Post Training Salary: Once absorbed as Deputy Manager, the salary will be in the pay scale of ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000, depending on the bank’s structure and other related allowances.
Selection Process : The selection process for the Management Trainee (MT) (Banking Operations) will consist of multiple stages:
Online Written Examination: Candidates will be required to take an online written test, which will assess their knowledge in areas such as Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Banking/Financial Awareness.
Personal Interview: Candidates who clear the online examination will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview.
The final selection will be based on the performance in both the written test and the interview.
