Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
| 1. Management Trainee (General) – Degree with Ist class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management Or Human Resource Or Industrial Relation Or Marketing Management Or Supply Chain Management from recognized University/Institutions. Experience: Nil |
| 2. Management Trainee (Technical) – First Class PG degree in Agriculture with Entomology Or Biochemistry Or Microbiology Or OR First Class PG in Bio-Chemistry Or Zoology with Entomology from recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to those who also possess PG Diploma in Warehousing and Cold Chain Management/Quality Management from recognized University/ Institution. Experience: Nil |
| 3. Accountant – B.Com or B.A. (Commerce) or CA or CWA or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about Minimum 03 years experience inMaintaining and auditing industrial accounts/ Commercial /Departmental Undertakings. Experience: 03 Years |
| 4. Superintendent (General) – Post Graduate Degree in any Stream from a recognized University or Institution Experience: Nil |

Age Limit: (As on 12.01.2025) : The maximum age limit varies for each post from 28 years to 30 years.

Salary Details:

Selection Process: The selection process for the CWC Recruitment 2025 will consist of:
Online Examination : The examination will comprise objective-type questions based on General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Professional Knowledge. Exam pattern and syllabus details will be provided in the official notification.
