Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Management Trainee: Candidates must hold a full-time Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate percentage as specified in the notification.
Assistant Manager (Legal): A degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university with relevant experience.
Senior Manager (Civil): A degree in Civil Engineering and relevant experience in the field.
Deputy General Manager (Civil): A degree in Civil Engineering with significant managerial experience.
Age Limit:
Management Trainee: Maximum age as specified in the official notification.
Assistant Manager (Legal): Maximum 35 years.
Senior Manager (Civil): Maximum 45 years.
Deputy General Manager (Civil): Maximum 50 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Salary Details
Management Trainee: As per BDL’s pay scale, MTs will receive a competitive salary along with additional allowances.
Assistant Manager (Legal): Pay scale as per BDL norms.
Senior Manager (Civil): Pay scale as per BDL norms.
