Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Deputy General Manager: Degree/Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
Assistant General Manager: CA, CMA, CFA, CTP, CS, or Degree/Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
Chief Manager: CA, CFA, or Degree/Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
Senior Manager: Diploma or any Degree.
Manager: Any Degree, MCA, or M.Sc.
Business Development Officer: Any Degree, MBA Marketing, PGDBA Marketing, or PGDBM Marketing.
Age Limits (as of June 30, 2024):
- Deputy General Manager: Up to 50 years
- Assistant General Manager: 45-50 years
- Chief Manager: Up to 40 years
- Senior Manager: Up to 38 years
- Manager: Up to 35 years
- Business Development Officer: Up to 35 years
Age Relaxation:

Selection Process : The selection process comprises:
Online Examination: A preliminary screening based on qualifications and experience.
Personal Interview/Discussion: Candidates shortlisted from the online examination will be called for an interview. The interview carries 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying mark of 50 (45 for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
