What is the time gap between Group 2 preliminary examination and mains?

Group 2 examination is split as preliminary examination and main examination. The candidates upon selection from prelims , will be asked to attend main Examination.

The preliminary examination will be conducted as a objective type examination whereas the main examination will be conducted as descriptive level examination.

The time span will be almost 2 to 3 months between these two exams i.e., prelims and mains. Candidates have to get themselves prepared within this period and attend with utmost confidence.
