Interview is added as the final stage of recruitment process in TNPSC to shortlist the Candidates to hire in positions. This interview will be conducted for candidates who qualify both in preliminary and main Examination.

The most important higher group exams like group 1 and group 2 ( interview posts) have interview in their recruitment process. The interview panel board will be decided by the Tamilnadu Public Service Commission . The questions will be truly based on the board members adding into account your profile too.
