About us
Uttarakhand Ayurved University was established by the Government of Uttarakhand vide Uttarakhand Ayurved University Act, 2009 for the purpose of ensuring, effective and systematic instructions, teaching, training, research and development in ayurved.
After the creation of Uttarakhand State from Uttar Pradesh various efforts have been made by state government to bring socio-economic change in this backward state with difficult geographical conditions. Despite its economic backwardness state is enriched with its vivid flora and fauna and is well-known specifically for vast potential of high altitude medicinal plants and herbs. The economic and scientific usage of such diversified resources may be a primary source of overall economic viability and sustainable growth culminating into radical economic growth of local people. With this view, state government has already taken various steps in this direction and the establishment of first Ayurved University in the state may be certainly seen as a giant step in internationally acclaimed field of ayurveda.
Exam Centres
The exam centres for the Pre medical Test in Uttarakhand state as follows, Dehradun, Shrinagar, Rishikesh, Haldwani, Ranikhet, Patna, New delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, and Bhuvnashwar.
Ayush Pre Medical Test
The students with minimum eligible aggregate marks are said to be qualified for the Pre Medical Test. This Exam is for courses such as BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelors in Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery), MBBS, BDS, Etc. Earlier the exam was planned to conduct on 26th June 2016. But due to various Political controversies, the Pre Medical Test was postponed. Now the new exam date was released with admit card download provision available in the official link.
Admit card available
The admit card is like entry point to go into examination center or hall. The candidates are requested to download their admit card with the help of their retained data such as application number, Registration no and DOB etc. The admit card has all such details related to the entrance exam like exam venue, date, time, etc. The candidates must read the instructions before appearing for the examination. In that, you will be asked to carry any Photo id proof of yourself is mandatory for your good self. You need to be on time in the respective venue or exam center which is mentioned in the admit card.
