Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission is known as UPSSSC. It is the state government organization which conducts examinations for recruitment. For UPSSSC Recruitment, Nearly 2 lakh aspirants applied for the Junior Assistant post. Candidates who pursued their Intermediate and CCC certificate from DOEACC Society or Diploma in Computer Application are applied and also should have Typing speed in Hindi as 25 WPM and English of 30 WPM. The age limit is applicable as Min18 years and Max 40 years as on 1st July 2016. The Vacancies are segregated as 3242 post for General Category, 927 post for OBC, 970 post for SC, 135 post for ST. The Pay Scale will be Rs.5200 to 20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2000. The selection process for Junior Assistant consists of Written Exam, Skill test (Typing Test) and Personal Interview.

The written test was having 80 questions comprising of total 40 marks. Other 30 marks allotted based on the educational qualification of the applicant. An additional five mark will be allotted based on the skilled plays and for interview it carries 25 marks for interview. So totally the marks for written exam is 100 marks. Once the candidates got selected from written exam will be sent to next round of selection process i.e. Typing test. It’s of qualifying nature. The last process of Recruitment is Personal Interview.The Expected cut off marks for each category as follows, 22 to 25 Marks for General , 20 to 22 Marks for OBC, 19 to 21 marks for SC, 16 to 18 Marks for ST.
