UPSRTC Driver Recruitment

UPSRTC is the Uttar Pradesh State Regional Transport Corporation  providing road transport facility throughout the state of Uttar Pradesh and also to regions around the state. They also assure the safety of the people by responsible and safe driving. It currently have the total capacity of 9500 buses which it operates for more than 3 million kilometers and earn over 70 millions every day. As the requirement of the drivers become needy, UP have announced the vacancy details as below.

Vacancy Details

As per the official announcement the UPSRTC has announced the 1931 Vacancies of State transport drivers .UP government need drivers on various regions .Hence the post vacancies also separated based on the requirement of the region as follows

Ghaziabad 134 Posts, Meerut 50 Posts, Saharanpur 150Posts, Bareilly 305Posts, Hardoi 68 Posts, Agra 155Posts, Aligarh 116 Posts , Moradabad 162Posts , Etawah 77Posts , Devipatan 40Posts, Kanpur 100 Posts, Lucknow 88 Posts, Chitrakut Dham 44Posts,Gorakhpur 50 Posts, Varanasi 52 Posts, Jhansi 90 Posts, Faizabad 20 Posts, Allahabad 86 Posts, Azamgarh 42 Posts, Noida 102 Posts.

Age Limit

Age is main criteria in this recruitment. As a driver ,he should be fit physically. So the age limit was declared as 23 to 40 years as on 01.07.2016.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must complete Junior High School (8th standard). Candidates should have two years of experience in heavy vehicle Driving.

Physique

As per the requirement the candidate should 5 feet and 3 inch of height measurement.

Selection Process

The candidates have to undergo two driving test. One test will be conducted by regional Office and another test with the training institute of Kanpur.

Application Procedure

To apply for the above post, Eligible candidates have to apply through offline mode. Candidates have get their application form from the regional office and fill the required fields. Then have to add the required copy of documents along with the application form to the regional office in name of Regional Manager through speed post or personally or by courier services before the due date.
