Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification:

1. Deputy Superintending Archaeological Chemist
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry; OR Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
Experience: For Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Holders:- Three years experience in the use of analytical Instruments or Methods of Analysis of Organic or Inorganic materials from a recognized Scientific Institute or University OR For Master Degree in Chemistry Holders:- One year experience in the use of analytical Instruments or Methods of Analysis of Organic or Inorganic materials from a recognized Scientific Institute or University.
Desirable: One year’s experience in application of chemistry in heritage conservation.
2. Deputy Superintending Archaeologist –
Educational Qualification:
(i) Master’s Degree in Archaeology or Master degree in Indian History (with Ancient Indian History or Medieval Indian History as a subject or paper) or Master degree in Anthropology (with stone-age Archaeology as a subject or paper) or Master degree in Geology (with Pleistocene Geology as a subject or paper) from a recognized University or Institute, and
(ii) Post graduate or Advanced Diploma in Archaeology of a duration of at least one year from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Field experience of at least three years in Archaeology.
Desirable: Doctorate degree in Archaeology or Indian History or Anthropology or Geology from a recognized University or Institute.
3. Civil Hydrographic officer –
Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering in Civil or Computer Science or Information Technology or Masters Degree in Mathematics or Geography or Geophysics or Computer Applications or Computer Science or Informational Technology OR (i) Pass in the final examination of the institution of surveyors in sub-division 1(b) Hydrographic surveying.* (* As per MHRD OM F.No.11-15/2011-AR(TS.II) dated 10.07.2012 & 06.12.2012 the course offered by Institution of Surveyors have been de-recognised with effect from 01 Jun 2013. Therefore, the candidates who were enrolled for certificate Pass in the final examination of the institution of surveyors in sub-division 1(b) Hydrographic surveying up to 31.05.2013 are only eligible and the candidates who have enrolled on or after 01.06.2013 for the same are not eligible for consideration to the post of PCHO Direct Recruitment) and (ii) Two years experience in Nautical Chart Compilation and Digital Cartography. (Experience should be form Government or autonomous organisation or statutory body or public sector undertaking or University or recognised research institution.)
Desirable: (i) Certificate or diploma in foreign language, preferably French. (ii) At least one year experience in application of geographical information system technology.
4. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Forensic Medicine) –
Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) As indicated in Part-A , Section A in Schedule VI of CHS Rules, 2019 from i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Forensic Medicine); or Diplomate National Board(Forensic Medicine).
Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
5. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (General Medicine) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Medicine); or Doctor of Medicine (General Medicine); or Diplomate National Board (Medicine/ General Medicine).
Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
6. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (General Surgery) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Master of Surgery( Surgery) or Master of Surgery( General Surgery); or Diplomate National Board (Surgery/ General Surgery).
Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
7. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Paediatric Nephrology) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Doctor of Medicine ( Paediatrics) with Doctorate of Medicine( Nephrology); or Three years’ post Doctor of Medicine teaching experience of which Two years’ special training in Paediatric Nephrology.
Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
8. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Paediatrics) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics); or Diplomate National Board (Paediatrics).
Experience: At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
9. Specialist Grade-III (Anaesthesiology) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A in Schedule VI of CHS Rules 2019 i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Anaesthesiology) ; or Master of Surgery (Anaesthesiology) or Diplomate of National Board (Anaesthesiology) or Post-Graduate Diploma in Anaesthesiology.
Experience: Three years experience in the concerned speciality or super speciality after obtaining the first Postgraduate degree or Five years’ experience after the post-graduate diploma.
10. Specialist Grade-III (Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or Five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma.
11. Specialist Grade-III (General Medicine) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Experience: Three years experience in the concerned speciality or super speciality after obtaining the first Postgraduate degree or five years’ experience after the post-graduate diploma.
12. Specialist Grade-III (General Surgery) –
Educational Qualification: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-graduate degree or diploma in the concerned Speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI of CHS Rules, 2014 and CHS amendment Rules 2019 i.e., Master of Surgery (Surgery); or Master of Surgery (General Surgery); or Diplomate National Board (Surgery/General Surgery).

13. Specialist Grade-III (Obstetrics and Gyanecology) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned Speciality of Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI of CHS Rules,2014 and CHS amendment Rules 2019 i.e., Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology); or Master of Surgery(Obstetrics and Gynaecology); or Diplomate National Board (Obstetrics and Gynaecology); or Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or Five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma.
14. Specialist Grade-III (Ophthalmology) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

15. Specialist Grade-III (Orthopaedics) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

16. Specialist Grade-III OtoRhino-Laryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or Five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-Graduate Diploma.
19. Specialist Grade-III (Psychiatry) –
Educational Qualification:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

20. Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Technical)(DCIO/Tech) –
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) or B.Sc (Engg) awarded by a recognized University in the fields of Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Electronics and Telecommunication or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or Software Engineering OR Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers (AMIE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Graduate Ship awarded by Associate Membership of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (AMIETE) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering OR Master of Science in Physics with Electronics or Telecommunications OR Master of Computer Applications (MCA) after 03 years Bachelor of Science in Physics or Master of Science (Information Technology)) or Master of Science (Computer Science) or Master of Science (Software) from a recognized University.
21. Assistant Director (Horticulture) –
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture of a recognized University/ Institute; or M.Sc. in Horticulture with Floriculture or Olericulture as a Subject of a recognized University/ Institute or M.Sc. in Botany with Horticulture as a subject of a recognized University/ Institute or B.Sc. in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture with Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture of a recognized University/ Institute; or M.Sc. in Floriculture and Landscaping or Horticulture from a recognized University/ Institute. Experience: Two Years’ experience in Horticulture including ornamental gardening.

27. Engineer & Ship Surveyor – Deputy Director General (Technical) –
A) Educational Qualification: Certificate of competency of Marine Engineer Officer Class-I (Steam or Motor or Combined Steam and Motor) as specified in section 78 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) or equivalent as specified in section 86 of the said Act.
Experience: Five Years’ service at Sea of which One year service as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.
Desirable: One year experience in Survey and Inspection of Merchant ship and 01 year experience in Survey, inspection and examination of merchant ship.
