Information on UPPSC

           UPPSC is also elaborated as Uttar Pradesh Service Commission is the state agency authorized for conducting the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of the state Uttar Pradesh. This agency charter was granted by the Constitution of India. This UPPSC came into existence on April 1, 1937 with primary aim of recruiting candidates to various services in the state. And this commission is being regulated by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1976. This UPPSC has its headhunters at Allahabad. The main functions of this UPSSC is to select candidates based on Interview, Screening test, written test etc. it also takes the initiative in giving promotion to those who are working in various post belonging to the UPPSC control. This UPPSC conducts various examination such as Combined State/Upper Subordinate mains and prelims, Combined State/lower subordinate examination, R.O. /A.R.O prelims and main examination, Assistant Registrar Examination, Combined state Engineering /examination, U.P. /nyayic Seva Examination, Assistant Prosecuting Officers Examinations etc. this UPPSC has released its notification for AMO, Allopathic Medical Officer recruitment notification (Advt No) 1/2016-17 on 11th May 2016. A large number of aspirants have shown their interest by applying for this recruitment.  As per this notification the Allopathic Medical Officer vacancies is of 3316 posts are available.

UPPSC EXAM SYLLABUS 2016

            For those candidates who have applied for the notification of UPPSC here we have given you the details on exam pattern for the UPPSC Medical Officer Exam Pattern. As per the information from the authority all the applicants will undergo a written test for 150 marks, 150 MCQ questions will be asked to candidates each question carrying one mark. And in that 150 questions 120 questions will be from Technical Subject and remaining 30 questions form General Studies. And duration for this exam will be 2 hours.
