Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
General Manager: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent from a recognized university. Candidates with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Management (MBA/PGDM) are preferred.
Assistant General Manager (AGM): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent. Relevant industry-specific certifications or postgraduate degrees in management are advantageous.
Senior Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology. A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields is mandatory.
Age Limit:
- General Manager: Maximum 55 years.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): Maximum 50 years.
- Senior Manager: Maximum 45 years.
(Age relaxations as per government norms are applicable.)
Experience: Relevant experience in the paper or related industries is required for all positions. Candidates must have expertise in operations, project management, or leadership roles in the specified areas.
Salary Details: The pay scale for the advertised posts is as follows:
- General Manager: ₹1,23,400 – ₹2,15,900 per month.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): ₹87,600 – ₹1,57,800 per month.
- Senior Manager: ₹67,700 – ₹1,21,600 per month.

Selection Process: The selection process involves:
Shortlisting of Candidates based on eligibility and experience.
Personal Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
