Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) – 05
Eligibility Criteria: To apply for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) post, the candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- First Class full time B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering. SC candidates should have secured First Class with minimum 65% of marks in aggregate.
- All other candidates should have secured First Class with minimum 70% of marks in aggregate.
- Age Limit (As on 01.03.2023) : BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-27 years, SC-30 years
Salary: The selected candidates will be appointed as Graduate Engineer Trainees in TNPL’s Mechanical Department. The candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 27,500/- during the first year of training. After completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Junior Plant Engineer in the pay scale of 17300-520-22500. The candidates will also be eligible for other benefits such as medical insurance, provident fund, and gratuity.
Selection Process: The selection process for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) post in TNPL consists of the following stages:
