Eligibility:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) –
Essential: M.F.Sc. (Aquaculture/ Fish Nutrition and Feed Technology/ Fish Biotechnology), M.Sc. (Marine Biology/ Zoology)
Desirable: Ph.D. in the concerned subject. Hands on experience in fish farming, nutritional and water quality analysis, proximate composition analysis, molecular biology
Field Assistant –
Essential: M.F.Sc. (Aquaculture/ Fish Nutrition and Feed Technology/ Fish Biotechnology), M.Sc. (Marine Biology/ Zoology)
Desirable: Experience in fish sampling, nutritional and water quality analysis. For the post of Field Assistant, candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Salary: Selected candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will receive a consolidated pay of Rs.31,000/- per month. For the post of Field Assistant, the salary will be Rs.10,000/- per month.
Selection Process: The selection process for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Field Assistant will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview. The interview date and time will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through email.
