Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below for the respective posts:
Educational Qualification: (As on 11.11.2024)
1. Driver – 8th Pass with Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License
2. Office Assistant – 8th Pass
3. Night Watchman – Must be able to read & write in Tamil
4. Sanitation Worker – Must be able to read & write in Tamil
5. Night Watchman – Sanitation Worker – Must be able to read & write in Tamil

Salary Details: The pay scale for each post under TN STAT is as per the Tamil Nadu Government Pay Matrix:
- Driver: The approximate monthly salary ranges between Rs. 19,500 – Rs. 62,000.
- Office Assistant: The approximate monthly salary ranges between Rs. 15,700 – Rs. 50,000.
- Night Watchman/Sanitation Worker: The approximate monthly salary ranges between Rs. 15,700 – Rs. 50,000.
Selection Process: The selection process for TN STAT Recruitment 2024-25 will involve:
