Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
| 1. High Performance Manager – Master Sports (MSI/PHD/MBA) with at least 10 years of Research Experience OR Eminent players having represented India in Senior Category with at least 5 years of sports management / Research. Experience OR Eminent coach having trained Indian players with Minimum Ten years of Research / sports management. |
| 2. Assistant Coach – Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NS NIS or from any other recognized Indian or Foreign University Should have represented India in the Olympics, / International Participation. OR Dronacharya Awardee |
| 3. Young Professional – Master’s degree or equivalent qualification / Bachelor’s degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks OR Graduate with at least three years of work experience. OR Candidates who have represented India at international level and hold a Bachelor’s degree or candidates with MBA or Post Graduation in Sports Management would be preferred. |
| 4. Physiotherapist – Master’s in Physiotherapy from any recognized Indian or foreign university, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Physiotherapist. |
| 5. Masseur – Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a certificate course / skill development program for Masseur / Masseuse / Massage Therapy / Sports Masseur / Masseuse from a recognized institution. Minimum Two years of work experience as a Masseuse/ Masseur. |
| 6. Strength & Conditioning Expert – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science/Sports Science/Sports Coaching OR Any Graduation with an ASCA Level-1 or above/ Diploma in fitness training/ CSCS/ UK SCA accredited coach/ Certificate course in Fitness Training from Govt Institution. |
| 7. Psychologist – Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology /Clinical Psychology / Child Development / Developmental from a recognized Indian or Foreign University |
| 8. Nutritionist – M.Sc. in Nutrition from any recognized Indian or foreign university. Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year of work experience with sports academies or institutions. |

Experience Requirements: Minimum relevant work experience in the field, ranging from 2-5 years depending on the post.
Salary Details
- High-Performance Manager: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.
- Assistant Coach: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
- Young Professional: ₹40,000 per month.
- Physiotherapist: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
- Masseur: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
- Strength & Conditioning Expert: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month.
- Psychologist: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month.
- Nutritionist: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
Selection Process
Shortlisting of Applications: Based on eligibility and experience.
Interview/Skill Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and/or skill test.
Document Verification: Final selection is subject to document verification.
