Eligibility Criteria :
Specialist in Communication
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications in relevant areas are desirable.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in communication roles, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
Skills: Proficiency in Tamil and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in public relations, and media management.
Specialist in Awareness Creation and Multimedia
Educational Qualification: A degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia content creation, digital campaigns, or related areas.
Skills: Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia tools; ability to create engaging awareness content.
Specialist in Capacity Building and Online Training
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in capacity building, training design, and implementation.
Skills: Proficiency in developing online training modules, excellent facilitation skills, and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
Specialist in Data Analysis
Educational Qualification: A degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Postgraduate qualifications in data analytics are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in government or large-scale projects.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization tools, and knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python.
Specialist in Monitoring and Documentation
Educational Qualification: A degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is desirable.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, project documentation, and report writing.
Skills: Strong documentation skills, ability to monitor project progress, and proficiency in report writing.
Salary Details : The selected candidates for the Specialist positions will receive an attractive salary package. The pay scale will be in accordance with Tamil Nadu State Government norms and may include additional allowances depending on the role and experience.
