Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Specialist Officer (IT): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent disciplines. Candidates with certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Java, .NET, or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, software development, cybersecurity, or other related areas is required.
| 1. IT Infrastructure Executive – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: At least 12 years of experience maintaining servers, databases, and networks, with 5–7 years of leadership experience. |
| 2. IT Technical Executive – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: 12 years of software development experience, including at least 5–7 years of team leadership experience. |
| 3. Software Developer M2 – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience in Banking/FinTech Industry having exposure to Software Development & knowledge in emerging trends in Digital Product Eco System. |
| 4. Software Developer M1 – Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Possessing three years of experience as a data scientist in a bank or other financial organization. |
| 5. System/Server Administrator – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Server infrastructure Maintenance. |
| 6. CBS Support Engineers – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finacle CBS Software Development / Customization/Testing/Maintenance. |
| 7. Data Scientist – Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Possessing three years of experience as a data scientist in a bank or other financial organization. |

Age Limit:

Salary Structure: The Specialist Officer (IT) will receive a salary as per TMB’s norms. Approximate Monthly CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).Other benefits such as allowances, performance bonuses, and retirement benefits will also be applicable.
