Eligibility Criteria
1. Company Secretary
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) certified by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization or government entity is preferred. Applicants with additional experience in corporate legal affairs may have an advantage.
- Other Requirements: Strong knowledge of regulatory laws, corporate governance, and compliance with legal frameworks.
2. Consultant (GIS Manager)
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geology, GIS, or a related field. Candidates with additional certifications in GIS technology will be preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience in managing GIS data and systems is essential, with a background in consultancy projects being an added advantage.
